Quickly pay your monthly storage bill online right here on our website. All you need is a debit or credit card and a few moments to spare.
Create an account, set up autopay, or stop by when your bill is due. If you have additional questions, contact our team for assistance!
If your account is more than 47 days late, your property could be auctioned. The next auction date is 01/21/26.  Please contact us immediately at 707-443-1451.

To set up automatic payment, to change a gate code, or to change your account information, please go to an office. Certain information can only be changed legally with a signature. YOU MUST “CREATE ACCOUNT” BEFORE YOU CAN LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT.

Create an account using the email you have on file with us. If you do not have an email on file with us, or if your email is different, we will send you a letter to sign, in order to legally accept the new email address. You can log in immediately using your new information, and we will send out the form at a later date. If the form is not signed, your email will be either reverted to the old email we have on file, or removed if you had no email on file with us.

GATE ACCESS CODE: Do not use your actual code; use your primary phone number that we have on file for you. (No area code, no dashes, no spaces)

STORAGE SPACE NUMBER: Your storage space number will be as follows: Arcata storage spaces include “A” (example A4224). McKinleyville storage spaces include “M” (example M1101). Eureka storage spaces include “P” (example P1819). Indianola storage spaces include “P0″(Note that this is a ZERO, and NOT the letter o. Example P0102: P zero one zero two).

IF YOU FORGOT YOUR PREVIOUS LOG-IN INFORMATION: Re-create an account by clicking on the red Pay Bill, underneath your facility, then click on “create account” to overwrite your existing account information.
